By visiting our website or working with Caylyra Inc., you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Use of Website

You may browse our website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:

  • Interfere with normal site operation
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy or scrape content without permission
  • Misuse forms or automated tools to overload the site
     

Caylyra Inc. may update or modify website content at any time.


2. Call Center Services

When you engage Caylyra for call center services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • All inbound and outbound calls handled by our agents are recorded,
  • Recordings may include voices, caller ID, call metadata, and call content.
  • Recordings may be used for training, quality assurance, and client review.
  • Clients may request access to recordings associated with their account.
  • All calls are subject to our performance guarantees described below.
     

3. Performance Guarantees

Caylyra provides performance-based guarantees, including:

  • Any call that rings more than 5 times is free.
  • If a client is unhappy with the quality of a call, that call is free.
  • Daily billing shows all calls and performance metrics clearly.
     

These guarantees apply only to calls handled through Caylyra’s systems by Caylyra’s trained team.
Guarantees do not apply to:

  • third-party systems not controlled by Caylyra
  • client-side technical issues
  • external disruptions such as power or internet outages not caused by Caylyra
     

Caylyra may update its guarantees over time as the business evolves.


4. Newsletter and Business Advisory Content

Caylyra provides free educational content for small business owners.
This content is for informational purposes only.

You understand and agree:

  • Advisory content does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
  • Results may vary based on each business’s unique situation.
  • You are responsible for evaluating any actions you take based on the material.
     

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.


5. Call Recording Consent

By using Caylyra’s call center services, you provide consent for:

  • the recording of all inbound and outbound calls, and 
  • the use of recordings for training, quality assurance, and client review.
     

You are responsible for complying with all-party consent laws applicable in your jurisdiction and for notifying your own customers if required.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caylyra Inc. is not liable for:

  • lost profits
  • lost business opportunities
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • issues arising from third-party platforms outside our control
  • service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control
     

Caylyra’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service during the billing period in question.


7. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, images, and branding belong to Caylyra Inc.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.


8. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services for:

  • misuse 
  • violations of these Terms
  • fraudulent or abusive behavior
